I haven’t reached out to customer service so I can’t comment. Usually L fits snug and XL too loose, after a wash, I felt this shirt fit well and was still soft. The arms over the bisects are a little snug. I will definitely order a few more to have.

Purchased this t shirt as a gift for my sorority sister’s son who is a legacy and one of the newest members of the Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. It is a nice item and well worth the price. The recipient was very excited to receive the shirt!

The quality of the lettering makes sense for the price, but the letters will likely peel off at some point.
